Are you passionate about the art of coffee making and the delightful world of vegan donuts? At Elephant and Co, we offer a vibrant environment where the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee blends perfectly with the sweet scent of our unique donuts.

Position Details:
- Type: Part-time
- Shift: 7 hours, 3-4 days per week
- Compensation: Tipped position ($3.93 + pooled tips), with a guarantee of earning at least $16+/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an engaging and friendly customer experience by understanding their beverage preferences.
  • Prepare a variety of specialty drinks including espresso, lattes, teas, and drip coffee.
  • Inform and educate customers about our coffee offerings.
  • Introduce guests to our diverse selection of 100% vegan donut flavors.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for all patrons.
  • Manage point of sale transactions and other operational tasks.
  • Complete opening and closing duties with a focus on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for coffee and creating memorable experiences for customers.
  • Prior experience as a barista is essential.
  • Willingness to work part-time, including weekends.
  • Availability for morning shifts starting at 8 am.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
