What does this position entail?
This vital role focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving inquiries or concerns from customers.
What can you expect in a typical day?
Our Customer Service Representatives operate in one of our dynamic and fast-paced Customer Contact Centers, engaging directly with our valued customers on a daily basis. Incoming customer calls typically pertain to topics such as pricing, billing, and scheduling. Retaining customers is a crucial aspect, making customer satisfaction and the cultivation of long-term relationships essential elements of your role.
Here are some specific responsibilities you will undertake:
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries related to services, billing, or other issues
• Accurately documenting customer information and call history for future reference
• Processing requests for new services
• Keeping up-to-date knowledge of Terminix products and services, marketing promotions, and special offers
• Preparing correspondence and coordinating with other departments as necessary to resolve issues
What qualifications are necessary for success?
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred, but not mandatory
• A passion for interacting with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly communicate solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
