Job Summary:

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory testing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing specimens for testing and ensuring that all necessary quality control measures are in place
  • Testing patient specimens and maintaining acceptable levels of quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the CAP, AABB, DNV, and FDA
  • Performing equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure that all laboratory equipment is operational
  • Assisting with other laboratory duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or Clinical Laboratory Science
  • Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
