Wtxpaving is involved in the development and enhancement of various infrastructure projects, including roadways, parking facilities, and airport constructions. The company also specializes in the provision of aggregates and hot mix asphalt (HMAC) for construction purposes.

The materials division focuses on generating resources for both internal projects and external sales to public and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field and laboratory assessments related to hot mix asphalt and aggregate materials.
- Work primarily within a field laboratory environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through relevant certification programs.
- Adhere to safety protocols by utilizing necessary personal protective equipment.

Work Schedule
Full-time position requiring approximately 50 hours per week.

Primary Duties

- Utilize laboratory and field instruments to analyze pavement compositions during design and construction phases.
- Perform sampling of asphalt hot mix and aggregates.
- Document daily quality control testing results for asphalt production.
- Execute material testing in accordance with established quality control guidelines.
- Review project plans to ensure compliance with testing standards and specifications.
- Offer technical support to colleagues, management, and clients.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline (mandatory).
- Physical capability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.

Compensation
Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00.
