  • Conduct routine tasks autonomously, ensuring consistent and trustworthy outcomes.
  • Evaluate and critique findings, identifying significant discrepancies.
  • Resolve issues related to experiments and equipment.
  • Acquire knowledge of and adapt to new experimental methodologies.
  • Show proficiency in various techniques and modify protocols as necessary to meet the evolving demands of research initiatives.
  • Communicate interpreted findings and progress internally in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contextualize data within the appropriate scientific framework by referencing and citing relevant literature.
  • Comply with corporate standards concerning conduct, safety, proper material handling, and GxP adherence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry/Biophysics, Chemistry, or a related field, typically accompanied by 3 years of experience, or a Master's Degree or equivalent education (no additional experience required).
  • Possess theoretical and practical expertise to execute method development and validation.
  • Experience with separation-based assays, including but not limited to UPLC/HPLC methods, capillary electrophoresis (CE), and imaged capillary isoelectric focusing (icIEF).
