We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Aide to provide essential personal care services and companionship to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare and serve meals to clients according to their dietary needs.
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration, as directed by a healthcare professional.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and changing bed linens.
  • Accompany clients on errands and appointments, as needed.
  • Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients.
  • Report any changes in a client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ID, MUST be able to drive clients.
  • Previous experience as a Home Care Aide or similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Must undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a genuine desire to help others and a compassionate demeanor.

  • This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary of $17.50 per hour.
