We are seeking a skilled and organized Home Health Scheduler/Customer Support Specialist to join our team at CRS Home Therapy, P.C. **Responsibilities:**

* Manage and respond to incoming calls in a timely and effective manner
* Provide accurate and complete information to customers, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
* Act as a daily liaison between customers and therapists, resolving issues and addressing concerns
* Utilize multiple computer systems, including Axxess, Kinnser, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) therapyBoss, to track and troubleshoot customer issues
* Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints

**Requirements:**

* Great personal and organizational skills
* Excellent computer skills
* Minimum 2 years of college degree
* Bilingual/Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
