Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various physical disabilities and conditions.
  • You will develop and implement individualized care plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
  • You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • A current Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
