About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Make outpatient home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and well-being.
  • Continually assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Requirements
  • A current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
