Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse RN-Part Time Days.

Job Summary

The Private Duty Nurse RN-Part Time Days will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in their homes. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage individualized care plans for patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement effective care strategies to achieve patient goals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
