Job Duties:
  • Assist in the review and placement of items in collaboration with Client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of OmniMarket Core Outlets and OmniConsumer Scan Panel Services.
  • Address general inquiries related to the aforementioned applications and tools.
  • Coordinate necessary Circana resources to support end-user engagement with Circana Data.
  • Collaborate with Circana product management to implement OmniMarket Core Outlets and OmniConsumer Scan Panel Services.
  • Facilitate client support by providing report creation and editing services.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to translate data and analysis into actionable insights.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities to manage multiple requests and actions.
  • Experience working with data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and process skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients in a consultative manner to assist with content deliverables.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
