Job DescriptionSummary of Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities and tasks associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the reservations sales team and operational teams to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved and sustained, including conversion rates, abandoned call metrics, and quality assurance standards.
- Verify and update travel agency commissions, reservations sales conditions, profile tracking, and guest recognition accurately.
- Ensure precision in arrivals management, including billing, VIP status, and other guest preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of performance in the reservations guest experience, providing support to both the reservations and operations teams.
- Promote a culture of revenue management within the hotel through regular collaboration with operational and call center teams.
- Oversee rooming lists, corporate bookings, and crew blocks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in reservations sales.
- Proficient knowledge of CRS, PMS, RESAWeb, or other distribution systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of both external and internal environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Strong customer and commercial focus.
- Awareness of multicultural dynamics and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
