Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process loan documentation to ensure timely disbursement
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track transaction progress
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • 6+ months of related experience in mortgage support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
