Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Welding/Machining Supervisor.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations and be responsible for overseeing and managing the welding and machining activities within the organization, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

1. Oversee daily operations to ensure effective workflow and productivity.
2. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement operational strategies.
3. Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenditures throughout the fiscal year.
4. Manage and maintain equipment and resources to ensure optimal performance.
5. Liaise with various departments to support operational functions and enhance collaboration.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
7. Develop and refine operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
8. Provide training and support to team members to foster professional growth.
9. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support operational goals.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Reports to the Director of Operations and assists in supervising the welding and machining team, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and applicable regulations.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in welding and machining operations
Proven leadership and management skills
Strong background in operational management
Proficiency in relevant software applications
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
