About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement effective lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes academic excellence and social-emotional growth
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instruction
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and educational trends to ensure continued professional growth

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license required
  • Ability to lead and motivate students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
