Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Theatre and Arcade Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our guests, ensuring a safe and secure environment, and working collaboratively with fellow employees to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a safe and secure arcade, including cleaning and organizing redemption stores and counters.
  • Redeem arcade points for prizes and troubleshoot malfunctioning arcade games.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow employees to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and perform other duties as directed.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
