Job Title: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at Luminis Health. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures to diagnose and treat patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine radiographic and ultrasound procedures in accordance with established safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct daily calibration checks on ultrasound and peripheral equipment and record results.
  • Maintain a daily activities log and procedure manual, and compile data for monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and office-specific safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in a specialized medical team to perform invasive procedures and prepare patients for specific procedures.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a one-year program in Ultrasound Technology.
  • Two years of full-time experience as a clinical sonographer in a Maternal and Fetal Medicine environment is preferred.
  • CPR certification is required. Certification in Physics, OB-GYN by the Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) is required.
  • Preferred but not required additional certifications in Nuchal Translucency (NT) and Fetal Echocardiography (FE).
