Cardiovascular Lab Technician - Echocardiography and Vascular Ultrasound

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Echo Sonographer to join a growing healthcare team in Southeast Maryland.

The ideal candidate will independently perform vascular or cardiac ultrasound procedures with a high level of competence, requiring minimal supervision of technical details. They will actively participate in various patient care and technical activities essential to the Cardiovascular Lab's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing cardiac echocardiograms on adult patients
  • Performing echocardiograms and cardiovascular ultrasound procedures
  • Participating in patient care and technical activities

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
  • Certification in Echocardiography (RDCS or RCS) through ARDMS or CCI
  • At least one year in the field of non-invasive cardiovascular testing or a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
  • Proficiency in performing echocardiograms and cardiovascular ultrasound procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Toshiba and GE echo machine experience
