Job Summary:

The Director of Contractual Affairs will be responsible for overseeing the contract management processes for the organization, ensuring compliance with laws and organizational policies, and developing and maintaining relationships with external sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners, including Managed Care Organizations, payor sources, and businesses.
  • Maintain contract compliance with laws and organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external sources and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
  • Create and prepare all contracts, proposals, and renewals in collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Partner with lawyers to make the contract management process more effective and efficient.
  • Maintain accurate records for correspondence and documentation related to established contracts and those in progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
  • Six years of contract management and negotiation experience handling multi-state and high-volume contracts.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
