Job Description:
The Water Rescue Expert will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons while maintaining a clean and secure environment. This includes scanning the pool in a continuous and consistent manner, recognizing emergencies or potential incidents, and addressing them immediately.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to aquatic safety and customer service. You will work closely with our Aquatics Director to implement branch emergency protocols, enforce pool rules, and provide assistance as needed. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform assists or rescues as needed
- Provide care such as CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen as needed
- Complete incident reports in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a clear and consistent line of communication with all supervisors
- Participate in all branch safety and quality drills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods of time

Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
