Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to join our team at Monarch Landscape Companies Defunct. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial landscaping services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any site-related issues and concerns.
    • Conduct regular site visits with clients and other company representatives to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operations Management:
    • Collaborate with Field Supervisors and production staff to ensure all services are performed in accordance with contract specifications.
    • Effectively communicate with production teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality product for clients.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Exhibit strong leadership skills, promoting a positive work environment and recognizing employee achievements.
    • Foster opportunities for professional development and growth among team members.
  • Financial Management:
    • Analyze and understand cost reports and budget variances related to contract projects.
    • Review and approve time cards for accurate and timely submission to payroll.
  • Safety and Quality:
    • Regularly monitor sites for quality, identifying opportunities for potential maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement upgrades and repairs.
    • Ensure a safe working environment on every site by conducting and enforcing safety training and meetings.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Direct supervision of 15 to 20 employees.
  • Training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Conflict resolution and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture, or at least 7 years of related work experience.
  • Commercial Pesticide Applicators License, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
  • Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Pay range: $66,000 - $100,000.
