Critical Care Transport Clinical Nurse Specialist

MedSTAR Critical Care Transport Clinical Nurse Specialist is responsible for delivering proficient nursing care to patients with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have significant clinical knowledge and assessment skills, with the ability to work safely and efficiently in a high-stress environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Critical Care Transport Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations, critically analyze trends and changes in patient status, and provide quick life-saving interventions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a patient-centered approach to care and collaborating with a diverse and supportive team.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing, with at least three years of adult critical care nursing or emergency department experience. Active DC/Maryland RN License and ACLS/BLS/PALS for Healthcare providers are also required. The candidate must be able to maintain a weight not to exceed 250 pounds in gear.
This position has a hiring range of $69,048.
