Compensation: Competitive salary with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for new graduates and $10,000 for experienced therapists.

Department Overview
The Physical Therapy department focuses on Long-Term Care, Post-Acute Rehabilitation, Outpatient Services, and Home Health. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional care to our clients.

Role Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Design and implement tailored physical therapy programs aimed at enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing physical impairments.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients impacted by injuries or medical conditions.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and tools to deliver effective physical therapy interventions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate clients and their families on therapeutic exercises and self-care strategies to be practiced at home.
  • Apply age-appropriate treatment methods to meet the diverse needs of clients across various demographics.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first 60 days of employment.
