Role Summary:

Are you committed to patient care and empowering individuals to lead active lifestyles? As a vital member of the Field Services Team, you will significantly contribute to advancing the medical technology sector by enhancing patient care and outcomes. We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual with experience in Durable Medical Equipment and a dedication to patient care in an orthopedic context to join the Surgi-Care division of Enovis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the application, education, and proper use of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators, along with all other Enovis products prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Manage assigned territory, including brace fittings in patient residences and servicing designated office accounts.
  • Provide ongoing customer support to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical personnel.
  • Ensure that equipment delivered to patients is functioning correctly and aligns with the prescribing physician's orders and identified patient needs.
  • Oversee inventory management and participate in necessary audits.
  • Utilize automation tools to verify patient benefits, including pre-authorization and upfront collection of patient responsibilities.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
  • Comply with all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional care to healthcare professionals and patients, with a desire to be part of a team focused on achieving outstanding patient outcomes.
  • At least 2 years of experience in direct patient care, preferably in orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environments.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must meet third-party credentialing/screening requirements for hospital access.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
  • Comfortable with in-home equipment delivery and setup as part of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Holds relevant professional credentials, such as active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), or Physical Therapy Certification (PTA).
  • Familiarity with home medical equipment (HME), Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and orthotic products.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Patient care is provided in various settings, including physician offices, hospitals, and patient homes.
  • This position may involve exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
  • Physical requirements include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds.
  • Travel requirements involve up to 95% travel, using personal transportation.
