The aim is to enhance inventory efficiency while streamlining our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop precise forecasting models utilizing historical sales data, demand trends, industry insights, and external factors. Evaluate product lifecycles from launch, promotions, discontinuation, to clearance.
Oversee stock levels to guarantee that products are adequately supplied based on sales forecasts and projections.
Identify unusual demand patterns, propose adjustments to forecasts to prevent recurrence, enhance customer satisfaction, and minimize surplus inventory.
Consolidate purchase orders for predetermined quantities and submit them for approval.
Ensure data accuracy by identifying and obtaining missing information.

Vendor Relationship Management:

Deliver a 90-day inventory forecast, track in-stock percentages against targets, and identify potential inventory risks stemming from production issues. Formulate production strategies to ensure timely product deliveries.

Analyze and recommend optimal inventory flow strategies, including demand forecasting, setting reorder thresholds, and conducting pricing evaluations.

Maintain oversight of open purchase orders, schedule inbound deliveries, confirm receipt of goods, and verify shipments against vendor invoices and landed cost calculations.

Monitor outstanding purchase orders, implementing changes, cancellations, and additions to prevent delays and disruptions in inventory levels.
Conduct regular cost assessments on freight expenditures and optimization strategies. Identify and propose new vendors or cost-saving opportunities.
Create analytical reports and data visualizations to support decision-making across the supply chain team.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Product teams regarding future inventory needs.
Maintain consistent communication with international suppliers and various supply chain partners.
Identify and suggest areas for improvement, enhanced practices, or workflow optimizations. Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform additional responsibilities as needed or requested.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Economics from an accredited institution, along with 2 years of relevant experience; or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Strong analytical, organizational, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is advantageous but not mandatory.
