Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide nursing care in our assisted living community. As an LPN, you will work closely with our residents to deliver comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations, monitor their condition, and coordinate services to ensure their well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care
  • Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations
  • Monitor the client's condition and coordinate services
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Two years of LPN experience required
  • Two years of experience in assisted living or a nursing home
  • Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
  • Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
