Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze account information to prepare and record entries for assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses;
  • Ensure accounts are maintained and balanced by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions while resolving discrepancies;
  • Possess experience in auditing and taxation;
  • Oversee a comprehensive range of general ledger activities;
  • Assist in the preparation of annual and regulatory audits, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents;
  • Engage in additional projects as required;
  • Process legal invoices and support vendor billing.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience;
  • CPA certification is preferred;
  • Experience in a managerial role;
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000
