Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Financial Operations function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee budget development, financial reporting, and systems management, driving business processes to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement revenue policies and procedures, including billing for revenue generation, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and lead process improvement initiatives within finance, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Manage internal systems used for recording revenue and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and provide solutions for areas of high risk in the revenue cycle, documentation, or billing practices, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance.
  • Provide insight into business performance by using business data and statistical methods, suggesting areas and methods for improving operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership/management experience, required.
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on digital financial modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques, tools, and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
  • Solid understanding of digital cost structures, budgeting processes, and financial metrics (e.g., TCO, ROI, NPV).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in the technology industry or with digital-related projects is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as MBA or CPA are a plus.
