Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial reviews of risk and compliance reports to identify areas of concern and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research to determine appropriate compliance measures and present findings to executive management and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to monitor and maintain the firm's existing supervisory systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform strategic testing and audits of compliance infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a document library to ensure easy access to compliance-related information.
  • Provide general and project-based support for the Compliance Department, including preparing presentations and reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Within the first 6 months of employment, must obtain Series SIE, 7, 66 (or equivalent). Additionally, Series 24, 4, 53 are required within 1 year of employment.
  • Proficiency in database software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, project management software, word processing software, electronic mail software, presentation software, and publisher software.
