Job Title: Associate Production Specialist

At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging and labeling of products, including regulated and non-regulated items for domestic and international customers
  • Operating filling and packaging equipment, including filler, sleeve labeler, cappers, tape machine, bar coders, ink jet printer, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers, and lid presses
  • Loading lines with empty containers, labeling, filling, capping, bar coder generation, taking samples, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Participating in Kaizens, 5S, and special projects to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste
  • Completing and documenting activities that measure quality and productivity, including taking weights and performing basic quality tests
  • Meeting or exceeding packaging and filling assignment standards
  • Assisting with line changeover, including the collection of wash water
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • 1 year of experience working with chemicals or in a lab setting
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to complete training and master skills required by the position, including Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training
  • Ability to understand and track safety, quality, and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
