We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our senior living community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive environment for our residents, while maintaining the financial health of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and set the tone for a culture that fosters Safety, Belonging, Something to Look Forward to, and Peace of Mind for our residents and their families.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and team members to increase satisfaction and grow census.
  • Drive Culture: Reinforce our Common Beliefs through communication and modeling expected servant leadership behaviors in all interactions.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the community, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Emergency Support: Provide on-site emergency support as needed.
  • Travel: May require occasional travel to different locations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, or equivalent experience.
  • Certification: Fulfillment of any necessary state-specific certification for licensed assisted living or equivalent.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated passion for leading and developing people, promoting excellent service delivery to residents.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions:

This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects.
