About the Role

Mango is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team at the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington Station, New York. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash desk, maintaining a high level of sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in stockroom operations, including delivery, replenishment, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring a well-organized and efficient back area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives, share knowledge, and provide training to new starters.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of prior work experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Independent work ethic, time management skills, and self-motivation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Computer skills to operate a point-of-sale system, a plus.
