Restaurant Customer Service Director

As a Restaurant Customer Service Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for creating a service culture that delights every customer, inspiring a customer-centered service culture to build loyalty, and leading daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Lead the planning process for daily operations to ensure seamless execution and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiencies and maximize profitability in collaboration with other restaurant management.
What You Can Expect:
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a fast-food or retail environment, preferably in a management role.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 25-50 pounds, and use restaurant equipment safely.
- Familiarity with ServSafe certification and willingness to obtain it if necessary.
