Job Description

As a Restaurant Customer Service Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for creating a service culture that delights every customer, inspiring a customer-centered service culture to build loyalty, and leading daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a service culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inspire team members to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive work environment.
  • Lead the planning process for daily operations to ensure seamless execution and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiencies and maximize profitability in collaboration with other restaurant management.

What You Can Expect:

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a fast-food or retail environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 25-50 pounds, and use restaurant equipment safely.
  • Familiarity with ServSafe certification and willingness to obtain it if necessary.
