STS Technical Services is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Macon, Georgia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on aircraft accessories, including engines, power brake units, and fuel tanks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft accessories, including engines, power brake units, and fuel tanks.
  • Repair and replace worn or defective assemblies, following approved maintenance procedures.
  • Consult with Maintenance Leads and Quality Assurance personnel as needed.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets prescribed standards and tolerances.
  • Perform serviceability tests on repaired components using test equipment specified by the original equipment manufacturer.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • A&P license required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience with small aircraft/general aviation, trained in one aircraft type.
  • Proficient in interpretation of original equipment manufacturer's technical data or work package instructions.
