Role Summary

This Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist position requires a highly skilled professional to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, assist radiologists, and prepare patients for imaging studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patients for radiology appointments, maintaining equipment and supplies, and adhering to safety protocols. You will also be required to assist radiologists with fluoroscopic and special radiographic examinations, and provide exceptional patient care.

Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in radiography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and provide exceptional patient care
  • Assist radiologists with fluoroscopic and special radiographic examinations
  • Schedule patients for radiology appointments and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, adhering to safety protocols and standards
