We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Electrical Test Engineer to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical support of processes related to the testing of HVAC chillers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for new product introductions and product enhancement programs.
- Assume responsibility for capital planning, CER creations, and approvals.
- Ensure all equipment meets OSHA compliant safety regulations.
- Drive engineering principles and discipline through mentoring, training, and project reviews.
- Work with a cross-functional team to manage, develop, and improve testing standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technologies.
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of basic design and manufacturing datum development.
- Understanding of control system design and coding.
- Project leadership and team building skills.
