Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Conference Room Technician to provide daily support for conference room equipment at our client's locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support and management of conference room equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Microsoft Teams Administrator to upgrade Logitech TAP devices and maintain Crestron systems.
  • Perform IT system maintenance and support for conference rooms.
  • Establish and follow policies, procedures, and best practices for conference room issue resolution.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly system checks.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Logitech TAP devices.
  • Proficiency with Crestron conference room systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
