About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager Associate to join our team in Louisville. As an integral part of our multifamily construction operations, you will be responsible for managing administrative duties, including document control and submittal schedules. This role offers a competitive salary between $70,000 and $85,000, depending on experience, with bonus potential, car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting subcontractors and vendors during the bid process
  • Project scope of work development and planning
  • Document management, including safety documentation, submittals, drawing logs, RFIs, transmittals, close-out documents, and meeting minutes
  • Subcontractor and superintendent coordination
  • Travel to job sites as required by the PM and/or superintendents
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience working in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to manage administrative duties and prepare submittal schedules
  • Assistance with change orders, subcontractor scheduling, invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs, RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and construction field operations
  • Preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification
