The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance productivity
- Develop and implement programming for industrial equipment
- Utilize vision inspection systems to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform CAM programming for manufacturing processes
- Apply GD&T principles to optimize product design and assembly
- Implement Lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Utilize mechanical engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes
- Utilize CAD software for design and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in programming and operating industrial equipment
- Experience with vision inspection systems and CAM programming
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices
- Ability to assemble and disassemble machinery for process optimization
