Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Department Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care services in the radiology department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing plans for patient care services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services for multiple departments.
  • Assess and improve the quality of patient care, coordinating services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
  • Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as Joint Commission, ACR, JRCERT, ICAVL, and other regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • One or more of the following certifications: CCI, NMTCB, ARRT, ARDMS.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of cumulative job-specific experience.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
