Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Direct Orthopedic Care. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform x-rays and other imaging procedures as directed by our providers, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting and registering patients, taking vital signs, and explaining procedures in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain radiology equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • ARRT certification and Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist License required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
