Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the Kalispel Tribe of Indians' internal controls and policies.
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests and team members, maintaining a professional demeanor that reflects the high standards of the organization.
  • Consistently greet guests and colleagues with a smile, making eye contact and offering verbal greetings from arrival to departure.
  • Safeguard and properly utilize all vehicles and equipment assigned.
  • Follow established procedures for key handling and valet ticket management.
  • Retrieve vehicles for guests promptly and efficiently.
  • Report any accidents or injuries to management or security without delay.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions and potential hazards proactively.
  • Assist with traffic control, guest services, or shuttle operations as necessary.
  • Document any vehicle damage upon receipt or return.
  • Maintain confidentiality standards regarding guest information.
  • Uphold a reliable attendance record.
  • Protect company assets effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in a four-star or four-diamond hotel environment is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Gaming License.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license is mandatory.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Hepatitis A & B vaccinations are required for employment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to run or jog short distances as needed.
  • Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills to convey information effectively to guests.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to uphold service standards.

Work Environment: The work environment may involve exposure to tobacco smoke, moving mechanical parts, and varying weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
