Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Mobile Wellness Nurse. As a Mobile Wellness Nurse, you will be responsible for providing in-home IV therapy services to patients in the Miami and Coral Gables areas.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and services in a home setting
  • Administer IV therapy and medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and document care provided
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Florida
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Successful completion of a nursing skill assessment survey
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
