Store Manager - Charlestown

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Charlestown store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong understanding of fashion retail operations and best practices
