SHEIKE is a dynamic and vibrant fashion retailer seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE, providing an exceptional customer experience and leading your team of Stylists to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive an exceptional and inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
- Inspire and motivate your team through leading by example, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure the team is creating a high-energy and compelling experience for customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional sales results.
- Coach and develop your team consistently to foster their skills and development, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets, and budgets, driving commercial success and growth.
- Manage your roster and wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Recruit high-calibre employees in line with the SHEIKE brand and values, providing them with an excellent welcome, training, and induction to the business.
- Be a strong communicator, able to lead, coach, develop, and influence others, driving a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Maintain outstanding standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
- Drive a commercial business, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and growth.
- Ensure excellent operations and stock management, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day, embodying the values and spirit of the brand.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional customer service and styling skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results, with a focus on commercial success.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business, with a focus on driving growth and success.
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business, with a focus on commercial success.
- Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing a team, with a focus on growth and success.
- The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment, with a focus on inclusivity and diversity.
- Self-motivated and strong communicator, with a focus on driving results and growth.
