Why This Role?

This leadership position offers a unique chance to utilize your skills in tax review, customer service, and coaching as a supervisor of 6-10 entry-level tax specialists. You will be responsible for reviewing returns for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with Federal and State tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of entry-level tax specialists, providing guidance, direction, and coaching.
  • Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with Federal and State tax laws.
  • Provide high-level customer service, resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor phone calls between tax specialists and clients to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
  • Offer strategic tax advice to clients, utilizing expertise in tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Federal and State tax laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a tax-related role, with focus on Federal and State Tax laws.
  • Must be an EA (enrolled agent) or CPA.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong listening skills.
  • High-level knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $45-$50 per hour.
