Key Qualifications:

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including specialized training in divorce and mediation.
  • Active legal license in New York with an impeccable professional record.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Westlaw, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Clio Grow, Clio Manage, and Family Law Software is advantageous.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft essential legal documents.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in trials, mediations, and arbitration sessions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior attorneys and paralegals.
  • Draft and manage legal documentation, including motions and discovery requests.
  • Lead the legal strategy and operational management of the firm.
  • Oversee the legal workflow, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
