Job Title: Bank Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at Heritage Bank. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling routine financial transactions, and actively supporting branch sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet the financial needs of our customers
  • Handle routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Support branch sales efforts by identifying customer needs and suggesting solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • 6 months customer service experience (Level I) or 1 year recent customer service experience in a financial services industry (Level II)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Demonstrated math skills with an understanding of debit and credit relationships and negotiable instruments
