Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of financial services to customers, including opening and closing deposit accounts, renewing certificates of deposit, and processing loan transactions.
  • Answer customer questions and provide information about Bank services and account maintenance.
  • Cross-sell services and perform related clerical functions as required.
  • Process miscellaneous customer requests, such as stop payments, automatic transfers, and check orders.
  • Review and complete basic lending applications, including consumer loans and personal loans.
  • Process wire transfers within designated authority.
  • Process loan Visa credit applications and Checkline applications.
  • Assist or refer customers with any questions or problems that arise.
  • Respond to customers with inquiries and transaction requests made by phone, mail, and website.
  • Assist Branch Management with daily Branch Operations duties, such as pulling customer reports and gathering data as needed.
  • Process teller transactions as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of teller experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of Park National Bank guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Work Schedule

Office lobby hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This position is hourly and full-time, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours to maintain eligibility for full-time status.
