Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing predictive models, optimizing marketing strategies, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive key decisions. Your expertise in machine learning and advanced analytics will enable us to transform data into actionable insights that drive growth and success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business objectives and develop models and frameworks to solve complex problems.
  • Leading data science initiatives to enhance acquisition algorithms, channel optimization, and retention solutions.
  • Building and scaling experimentation frameworks to drive insights through A/B testing for acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Developing customer acquisition and retention KPIs, leveraging cohort data to track LTV, CAC, churn, and performance across sales channels.
  • Utilizing data to guide strategic marketing decisions, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and ad personalization.

Salary: $170,000-$225,000 per year, depending on experience.
